Terms and Conditions

Booking Policy

Please read this document carefully as it sets out the terms and conditions upon which reservations are accepted by Crest on Barkly Hotel, Crest on Barkly Serviced Apartments and Como Court by Crest (together, the Crest Group).

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking.
Person making the booking must be 18 years old or over.

Grand Prix Period * Once Grand Prix Official dates are confirmed,
reservations during March and April may be subject to cancellations,
surcharges and modification fees at the Hotel's discretion.
Grand Prix Cancellation Policy is 90 days prior to the arrival date.

Deposit Policy

5% deposit is payable at the time of booking.

a. The conditions applying to the cancellation of your booking will be displayed at the time of booking.
b. Any cancellation fees payable by you will be deducted from any monies paid by you to Crest Group and if insufficient funds are available or if your booking is a no deposit booking, Crest Group may charge, and you authorise Crest Group to charge, the credit card the details of which you provided at the time of making your booking.
c. Any surcharge applied to credit cards at the time payment for the booking is made will not be refunded.
ii. NO-SHOWS OR TERMINATIONS
If you do not show up for your booking or terminate your booking early after you have checked in you will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and will be required to pay to Crest Group the full amount of your booking less any amount which you have already paid.
The Crest Group may charge, and you authorise the Crest Group to charge, the credit card the details of which you provided at the time of making your booking.

No Show Policy

NO-SHOWS OR TERMINATIONS
If you do not show up for your booking or terminate your booking early after you have checked in you will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and will be required to pay to Crest Group the full amount of your booking less any amount which you have already paid.
The Crest Group may charge, and you authorise the Crest Group to charge, the credit card the details of which you provided at the time of making your booking.

Child Policy

All children are welcome.

One child under 2 years stays at $45 per night when using a child's cot/crib.

All older children or adults are charged AUD 45 per person per night when using existing beds.

One older child or adult is charged AUD 45 per person per night in an extra bed.

The maximum number of extra beds/children's cots permitted in a room is 1.

Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Other Conditions

Agency and Third-Party Bookings, Damage Liability
Where a reservation is made by an agency, organisation, employer, housing provider, or any third party on behalf of a guest (whether disclosed as agent or not), that entity remains jointly and severally liable for any loss, damage, cleaning costs, or charges incurred during the stay, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing by the Crest Group prior to confirmation of the booking.

Any attempt to exclude or limit liability for damages must be clearly disclosed and accepted in writing before the reservation is confirmed. Absent such agreement, the entity making the reservation accepts full responsibility for all charges arising from the booking, including damage caused by the guest or any visitor

PET POLICY:
The Crest Group does not permit pets at any locations save for guide dogs. Having an animal on site is considered a breach of your accommodation conditions and you will be asked to leave or remove the animal. Guide dogs are permitted and must have a medallion on their collar with the registration number, and the owner must also carry a laminated pass (with the owner and dog's name). Guide Dogs are required to be harnessed in public areas. Please advise ahead of time if you will be travelling with a Guide Dog.
